Wed, May 7, 2008 - 2:26 PMNo kidding! The Well Run Dry! Teachers, city workers gettin laid off here in Ventura, 5 million short fall in city budget alone. I didn't realize how much of the property tax the state takes. There isn't a 'inner city' here, there are plenty of homeless tho. -
